Trends & Threads is an Australia-based online store offering authentic Thailand beauty products, fashion pieces, and quality sleepwear. We operate at trendsandthreads.com.au and can be contacted at info.trendsnthreads@gmail.com.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order are final and will be honoured. We make every effort to accurately display product colours, descriptions, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product. We reserve the right to limit quantities of products and to discontinue products at any time.

By placing an order, you confirm that: • You are at least 18 years of age • The information you provide is accurate and complete • You are authorised to use the payment method provided Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and Afterpay.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination: • Australia: $12 AUD flat rate • New Zealand: $45 AUD • Canada: $45 AUD Estimated delivery times: • Australia: 2–7 business days — $12 AUD • New Zealand: 5–10 business days — $45 AUD • Canada: 10–20 business days — $45 AUD Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are: • Unworn and unwashed • In original condition with tags attached • In original packaging where applicable The following items are not eligible for return: • Skincare and beauty products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons) • Items marked as final sale • Gift cards To initiate a return, please contact us at info.trendsnthreads@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.trendsnthreads@gmail.com with: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Photos of the item We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where required.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
